1. About the Service
MyDigiCardManager is a digital business card platform that enables individuals and businesses to create, manage, and share digital business cards, business profiles, portfolios, contact information, product catalogs, images, links, and related business content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the Service require registration of an account.
You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Logos
- Images
- Product information
- Catalogs
- Documents
- Social media links
- Other business-related content
By uploading content, you grant Simplium Technologies LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
- The content does not violate any applicable law.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Public Sharing
The Service allows users to create publicly accessible digital business cards and profile pages.
You acknowledge and agree that information intentionally published on publicly shared cards may be visible to anyone who accesses the shared link.
You are solely responsible for determining what information you choose to make publicly available.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or illegal content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees.
By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan.
- Subscription benefits remain active only during the applicable subscription period.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or limitation of Service features.
All prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect already purchased subscription periods.
8. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Simplium Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplium Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
