Return and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

• We provide both a free plan and premium subscription-based plans.
• Premium plans differ by features as listed on our Pricing Page.
• All payments are subscription-based (monthly/yearly). One-time payment options are not available.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may request cancellation before activation of their premium subscription.
• If a user has paid but experiences a delay in activation, they may contact support to request cancellation and refund.
• Cancellation requests must be made via email: simpliumtechnologies@gmail.com or phone: +91 99755 70005.
• Once a subscription is activated, cancellations are not permitted, and the subscription will remain active for its billing term.
• We do not currently support automatic renewals.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if requested before activation of the subscription plan and after payment.
• No money-back guarantee or pro-rata refunds are offered for partially used subscriptions.
• Refunds apply to both first-time purchases and renewals, but strictly under the before activation condition.
• Refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be made using the customer’s preferred method, which will be confirmed via email or phone.

4. Exceptions & Denials

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

• The customer has already started using the premium features.
• The customer has violated our Terms of Service or misused the platform.
• The request is made after the subscription has been activated.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
