Delete Account

You can delete your MyDigiCardManager account yourself from the dashboard. This permanently removes your login, profile, and digital cards.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in and open Delete account.
  2. Read the warning about what will be removed.
  3. Type DELETE and enter your password to confirm.

If you are not signed in, you will be asked to log in first. You can also open Account Settings and choose Delete account.

What is deleted

  • Your account, name, email, phone, and password.
  • Your public digital cards and the content on them.
  • Saved cards, share events, and messages sent to your cards.

What we keep

Payment orders, licenses, and wallet transactions are retained for billing, tax, and legal compliance. After deletion they are no longer linked to your login.
